Я боюсь будущего сочинение помогите пожалуйста

Im afraid of the Future.

They say do what you must and come what may.
The fear of future is an illusion. In fact you are frightened by the thing that doesnt not exist. Future is an illusion. Something may happen but also it may not.
The problem is in your brain. This is the way how it works. Have you ever noticed that almost all the time you spent feeling pity about your past or being frightened of future and ignoring the present?
Neither past nor future does not exist. The only thing you have is the present. That is the only what is real. 
You cant find a decision to future problems or to past deeds. That is not impossibe but you can enjoy the present moment in which you dont have any troubles. 
Free your mind and just observe and stay in the present moment. Believe me this is the only possible way to immolate your fears and to find piece within you.
