The Sistine Chapel a large chapel within the Vaticanin Rome,Italy. It is used by the Pope for important services and meetings. When it needed repairs in the early 1500s,Pope Julians II decided to commision Michelangelo to create an original work of Michelangelos work of art on The Sistene Chapel ceiling took four years,finishing in 1512.
