Speaking about guests’complaints in a restaurant – a 1st thought that strikes me is a prolongedwaiting for your order.
Just imagine, you have only anhour for your lunch but a waiter dawdles and he is not in hurry to take orbring your order.
Some bad-mannered waiters even canignore your request to make it faster.
It is a very disagreeablesituation especially if you are late for the important meeting.
