Nowadays due to advances in IT technology computers have become inevitable tools in people`s lives. we cannot imagine our lives without these devices using them almost in all spheres of our lives. most people believe that existance of computers made our lives much easier, however it is clear that computers are damaging to humans and their health.more over because of computers we have become much lazier than we used to be. it also have bad effect on our eyesight. in conclusion, personally i believe that everyone themselves should control how much time they spend in front of the screen
