They say: “Health is above wealth”. Here I agree.
 So Im trying to lead a healthy life . I want to be healthy . I want  to live for long
Smoking is not healthy for anyone.  So  Im  trying to cut down on cigarettes.  Its difficult to break bad habits.
To  have good healht I have to go in for various sports  every day.
I fond of football and tennis.
 Im  trying to eat healhty food as well.At last  - Remember  Good Hygiene  ( I take a shower every day.  I brushand floss my teeth daily. I wash my hands.)

I try to spend lots of time in the open air with my freinds.
That is only way to promote our health.
