Собор окружает живописный парк-дендрарий, в котором произрастают более тысячи редких растений, привезенных из разных стран и с разных континентов. Это место зовется Парком скульптуры, потому что среди кустарников и деревьев можно увидеть три десятка изваяний, посвященные поэтам, музыкантам, писателям и выдающимся историческим личностям, встречаются и необычные персонажи и композиции, объединенные одной темой — «Человек и мир».
