Есть текст, и ниже задание к нему: The development of mechanical engineering in Ukraine and training highly qualified mechanical engineers for food industry were connected with the intensive development of sugar industry in central Ukraine, scientific and technical progress, the introduction of difficult mechanical equipment at the sugar-refineries. Training of mechanical engineers for the equipment of sugar production began in 1884 with opening Technical classes in the town Smila. Later mechanical engineers for sugar refining and food production were trained in the Kiev polytechnic institute, namely, from 1898 year on agricultural, mechanical and engineering faculties. The Kiev polytechnic institute (KPI) was founded in 1898 at considerable support of the sugar-refineries owners N. Tereschenko and L. Brodskiy. Upon 1920 years KPI did not train specialists for separate industries of food industry. However, graduating student of mechanical, engineering and agricultural departments after graduation KPI worked as mechanical engineers at sugar refineries, canning plants, breweries and bakeries. In 1921 year professional school in Smila was reorganized in Smilyanskiy tekhnikum of sugar industry. There was a mechanical department in the tekhnicum. The students of mechanical department had practice at machine-building plants which produced the equipment for sugar-refinery. The graduating students of tekhnikumu due to the high level of preparation after 2 of internship on a production became engineers mechanics. The teachers of tekhnikum actively carried out a research of crystallization processes, raw material tooling. A student scientific group operates from 1920 year, where student probe the processes of food productions and develop the new constructions of equipment, in particular students are offer the improved constructions of centrifuge with scalding, Kestner evaporator and whole charts of sugar refining. In 1929 year of Smila tekkhnikum of sugar refining is reorganized in Smils sugar institute which is next year moved in Kiev, where he became the part of the Kiev institute of sugar industry. From 1930 the faculty of engineering mechanics and pachaging technique has prepared mechanical engineers for the food industry of Ukraine. A lot of scientists worked developed mechanical engineering in our country: I. Kuharenko, O. Kirov, H. Znamenski, O. Lisovenko and others. Задание.
